While we always enjoy our time in Colorado, we decided it was probably time to continue our Desert Southwest exploration as September came to a close and the Fall colors began to set in. Just as we were getting ready to depart though, we had a surprise visit from some great friends who happened to be passing through the area.

Shonah attempted several pictures of the Blood Moon, which on this date was also a Super Moon and a total lunar eclipse. The task proved to be quite a challenge, even with the help of a tripod. |
